userの論理削除

論理削除用のカラムを追加します
[vagrant@localhost test]$ php artisan make:migration add_column_softDeletes_users_table –table=users
Created Migration: 2019_08_20_001651_add_column_softDeletes_users_table

migrationsにも追加されていますね。
