処理を行うために実行されるのがスレッド
プロセスが開始されると「メインスレッド」と呼ばれるアプリの基本となる処理を実行するスレッドが実行され、この中で処理が行われる
同時に複数の処理を並行して実行する必要があるときはマルチスレッドになる
