条件に一致するcount

countの条件処理は、count関数の中ではなく、前で行う

誤

$count =  Hoge::where('user_id', $id)->whereMonth('time', '=', date('m'))->count('apply_id' == 2);

正

$count =  Hoge::where('user_id', $id)->whereMonth('time', '=', date('m'))->where('apply_id', 2)->count();
